Summer Challenge
This is your summer. 300+ things to do. Points to earn.
8 modules to explore. Friends to bring along for the ride.
Summer should be amazing.
Sometimes it isn't.
You want your kids to have a summer they'll remember — active, social, and growing. But between busy schedules and the pull of screens, that vision can be hard to make real. You're not alone in feeling that way.
The Screen Time Drift
It starts gradually. A rainy afternoon here, a tired morning there. Before long the summer has quietly passed on a couch, and everyone feels it — including your kid. Most of them genuinely want to do more. They just need a reason to start.
The "I'm Bored" Loop
Kids today have more options than any generation before them — and somehow less to do. The blank slate of an unstructured summer can feel overwhelming. A little structure and a good menu of ideas is often all it takes to unlock a great day.
Friends Drifting Apart
Without the natural glue of school, friendships that feel permanent in June can feel distant by August. The kids who stay connected are the ones who keep doing things together. That doesn't happen on its own — it needs a little encouragement.
The Wasted Window
Ages 10-15 are some of the most formative years in a young person's life. The confidence, habits, and friendships built during these summers carry forward in ways that matter. This window is worth investing in — intentionally, not accidentally.
There's a better summer waiting.
My Summer Challenge gives kids ages 10-15 a structured, exciting, self-directed program that turns summer into something they actually look forward to — every single day.
Over 300 things to do this summer.
Four categories. Dozens of subcategories. Something for every kid — whatever they're into, wherever they live, whatever their budget.
How it works
Three steps. That's it. Parent sets it up, kid runs with it, everyone wins.
Parent Sets Up
Create an account, add your kid's profile, choose your plan. Takes about 3 minutes. Access runs through September 30th — no rushing, no pressure.
Kid Picks a Module
Browse the 8 module cards and pick the theme that excites them most. Or sync with a friend and choose one together. No right order. No wrong choice.
Move, Create, Grow
Read the Mind Moment, write the journal prompt, pick activities, earn points. Log activities and watch the summer total climb toward Summer Legend.
Mind & Motion
Mind
Each module opens with a Mind Moment — a short, direct read on a theme that matters: confidence, goals, habits, friendship, emotions, courage, giving back, and the future. Paired with one journal prompt written by hand in their own journal.
- Module 1: Know Yourself
- Module 2: Set Your Goals
- Module 3: Build Great Habits
- Module 4: Friendship & Connection
- Module 5: Managing Emotions
- Module 6: Courage & Confidence
- Module 7: Give Back
- Module 8: Your Future Self
Motion
Four categories of activity — each with dozens of options — give every kid a way to earn points doing things they actually enjoy. The more variety, the more points. The more friends involved, the bigger the bonuses.
- Friendlys — social games & activities
- Creativities — make, build, express
- Adventures — get out and explore
- Fitness — move your body, build strength
Pick any. Do all 8.
Each module is self-contained — a week of Mind content, Motion challenges, and a journal prompt. Complete all 8 by September 30th.
No pressure. Just freedom.
Going to Camp?
Take the week off. Your modules wait for you. Access runs all the way through September 30th.
